Rings - Are manufactured by Riken, the OEM for many motocross bikes. Excellent quality and durability.
Gudgeon Pin - Hollow, forged, steel alloy, chromed, high strength and hardness.
Piston to cylinder clearance 0.045mm-0.07mm
Mitaka Gasket Set
Head gasket, Base gasket, Exhaust valve gaskets, Exhaust pipe O-rings, Clutch cover gasket, Side case gasket, Crank case gasket, Hydraulic clutch gasket, Reed valve gasket, Water pump gasket, Ignition cover gasket & various o-rings.
Mitaka Seal Set
Includes every seal in the engine, Main bearings, Countershaft, Clutch rod lever, Gear shift shaft, Water pump, Power valve, etc
Mitaka Complete Crank
Complete crank assembled and precision trued in England. Engineered to OEM specification and materials using precision machining and processing techniques.
Chromed crank pin, quality big end roller bearing designed for high speeds (usually with flat silver bearing cages), forged shot peened connecting rod made using the latest steel alloy for OEM quality and strength, copper or silver thrust washers designed for high lubrication flow, metal cage high speed small end roller bearing - all made in Japan.

OEM Main Bearings
This kit comes with high quality Japanese Koyo and/or NTN main bearings, OEM for some Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki and Yamaha motocross bikes.
