Shipping policy

Free standard shipping to anywhere in Australia.

All items are shipped from Queensland, Australia. We aim to ship all items within 1 working day (Monday-Friday). Items ordered before 2.00pm will leave the same day.

We aim to keep the stock levels on the website as accurate as possible to ensure the item is shipped within 1 working day, however if there is any issue with shipping times we will contact you within 1 working day. If an item is available with our supplier we will contact you regarding the item to ask if you are OK to wait, as we can usually get most items back in stock from 2-14 days. 

Some items on bestmxshop.com may be listed as pre-order which will be stated on the listing. This means they are readily available with the supplier and have a delay of 7-14 days before they can be posted (usual handling time is 7-10 days).
