Rings - Are manufactured by Riken, the OEM for many motocross bikes. Excellent quality and durability.
Gudgeon Pin - Hollow, forged, steel alloy, chromed, high strength and hardness.
Piston to cylinder clearance 0.045mm-0.07mm

Complete crank assembled and precision trued in England. Engineered to OEM specification and materials using precision machining and processing techniques.
High quality steel alloy crank webs.
Japanese connecting rod kit with chromed crank pin, quality big end roller bearing designed for high speeds with flat silver bearing cages, forged shot peened connecting rod made using the latest steel alloy for OEM quality and strength, copper or silver thrust washers designed for high lubrication flow, metal cage high speed small end roller bearing.
OEM Main Bearings
This kit comes with high quality Japanese Koyo and/or NTN main bearings, OEM for some Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki and Yamaha motocross bikes.
Suits KTM 85 SX years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012.
