Mitaka cylinders are produced by the OEM for many European motorcycles, so you can rest assured the quality is OEM spec. The cylinder block features excellent coolant flow and is cast from Aluminium alloy for cooling efficiency. Designed for the rigours of motocross with excellent durability. A high quality Nikasil is applied in perfect conditions for the electroplating process. The result is an extremely hard wearing bore surface. The bore is then finished with CNC Diamond Honing.
Mitaka Gasket Set
Head gasket, Base gasket, Valve stem seals, Timing chain tensioner seal or gasket, Exhaust pipe copper ring or gasket, Clutch cover gasket, Side case gasket, Water pump gasket, Ignition cover gasket & various O-rings if required.
Mitaka Seal Set
Includes all seals required, Main bearings, Conrod oil feed, Countershaft, Clutch rod lever, Gear shift shaft, Water pump, etc
Mitaka Connecting Rod Kit
Forged shot peened connecting rod made using the latest steel alloy for OEM quality and strength, chromed crank pin, quality big end roller bearing with flat silver bearing cage designed for high speeds.
Koyo Main Bearings
The bearings used are high quality Japanese bearings by Koyo. Koyo is an OEM for Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha.
